Chemistry Introduction
Atom histroy: The history of the study of the atomic nature of matter illustrates the thinking process that goes on in the philosophers and scientists heads. The models they use do not provide an absolute understanding of the atom but only a way of abstracting so that they can make useful predictions about them. The epistemological methods that scientists use provide us with the best known way of arriving at useful science and factual knowledge. No other method has yet proven as successful.

Physical Procedures Chemical Process
Evaporation -Burning
Filtration -Oxidation
Condensation -Electrolisis
Destilation -Ionization

Chromatography
Freezing
When you combained elements, molecules or compounds you will get the following substances:
-Acids--> Low PH (between 0+6,9) released easily hydrogens (H+)
-Bases-->PH(between 7,1 to 14) released easily hydroxides (OH-)
-Salts--> PH variables can be neutral.

Density
Density= mass/volume
Volume= mass/density
Mass= density*volume
Volume= mass/density
Mass= density*volume
Element to Compounds
An element is a pure substance made of a group of the same atom that you can not separate by any physical or chemical process.
Example: (H, Li, O, C, Au, Si, Cl, N, Me, P, Fe, Pt)
Dimitry Mendeliev developed the periodic table from nature using 98 elements.
Groups=18
Periods=7
Atomic number= Z=protons #
Mass Number= A= weight in relation to protons #1
If you divide de AN over the atomic mass you wil get the weight of and atom.

Periodic Table
The periodic table is to show the main fold relationship between differing kinds of elements, was devised in 1869 by Dimitry Mendeleyev he arranges the elements by weight and by their chemical properties.
Intensitive and Extensitive Properties
Density -Mass
Color -Volume
Boiling point They depend on the quantity
They dont depend on the size
use to identify substances.
States of matter--> Bose-Einstein - Solid - Liquid - Gas - Plasma
Iones--> Any atom when release or gain electrons
Isotopes--> Atoms with more neutrons than protons
